Insights into Australian Consumer Electronics Shopper Behaviour

Google recently commissioned an external survey on Consumer's shopping behaviour in the Consumer Electronics segment. While in previous studies we know that shoppers use the internet prior to buying product in store, we wanted to film consumers surveyed in order to better understand what and how they use the internet.

The interviews were conducted in November 2009. Shoppers were interviewed outside retail stores such as Harvey Norman. JB HiFi, Dick Smith, Bing Lee. Here is what they said:
